He has effectively represented clients facing criminal proceedings. He has also successfully acted for clients in civil matters, such as breach of contract, debt recovery and enforcement of judgments.
Using his 20 years in the corporate sector, Alastair is able to provide clients with commercially realistic advice in Contract drafting and negotiations, Contract breaches, Employment matters, Consumer law and Regulatory and Compliance.
